Guns N' Roses VS AC/DC (Guitar Riffs Battle)
These are two of my guitar heroes! I grew up listening and living to the sound of Slash and Angus Young!
This battle is not a fight, it is a tribute to two guitar heroes!
I hope you enjoy it!

I know for the sound of Slash I should have used a Gibson Les Paul! But I have none!
By now the Gibson Les Paul is my dream guitar, but I still can not buy any! Maybe one day...

Ya but Angus using just cords and keeping the tone in perfection and never loosing the beat is harder then slashes keeping it crisp is awesome but Angus performance is harder to perform

First of all, Malcom Young was responsible for a number of those riffs, or, at least, had a major hand in them. As did Izzy Stradlin with GnR.

Well Izzy did do most of the writing in GNR. Angus did a lot of writing himself. Both are good but except slash’s solo career. Not vary good in my opinion

Its more Izzy Stradlin vs Malcolm Young, they wrote most of the riffs, Angus and Slash played the awesome lead guitar, but most of the riffs are written by their rhythm guitarists. Correct me, if I'm wrong 🤔

Sweet Child o Mine, Paradise City and Welcome to the Jungle are their three most iconic riffs and Slash wrote them all. Slash also wrote Mr. Brownstone main riff, and plenty others. Izzy is awesome and like Malcom, hugely underrated but don’t diminish Slash’s contributions.

Angus by a mile. There are many other great guitarists, but no one could ever play and move like him, especially during his youth. I don't believe we'll see another one like him in our lifetime.

Now I know that Slash is a very well known guitarist and is one of my main influences in guitar but I have to say Guns n Roses are still a bit off because of Axel Rose. So in other words I'm leaning towards Angus Young and AC/DC overall because I love the way he plays the guitar when AC/DC plays live on stage.

To my ears, slash soloing sounds like the product of influence from all great guitarists from the 60's to the 90's. Angus Young is one of those guitarists. Angus' tone is extremely hard to match (as David Gilmour says, most of your good tone comes from your fingers) and his aggressive approach to blues soloing is really unique. He could make a guitar wail like no other. Slash has incorporated a bit of that, as well as the likes of Jimmy page, Clapton, Bb king and many others into his own style. And he only seems to get better with time. Angus went hard on tour, but took longer breaks. Slash tours non stop, between GnR and his solo band, if he takes more than 2 weeks off he gets bored. They're both amazing in their own ways, and I can't pick one over the other.
