I’m 18 year old Japanese guy. This song was a part of my father's youth. And it goes same for me. When I listen to this song, I can feel the essence of the US that I admire. I'm sure my father felt the same way. American entertainment has always been a source of admiration for Japanese people and is considered the best in the world. I hope that the good relationship between Japan and the United States will continue forever. Love America and American people 🇺🇸

Its funny because a lot of the kids growing up in the USA look to Japan/South Korea for their entertainment. Maybe its just humans looking for something that feels novel to them, something outside of their normal day to day experience. Either way, music is one thing that just transcends boundaries.

Guns N Roses, when this came out I was homeless, in and out of jail, and unhealthy. Now I have a house, a good job, and a husband. As a black kid growing up in the 80’s I slept on this classic rock listening to R&B and the mainstream top pop songs but in the late 2000’s I started re-listening to music I heard before like this but didn’t listen too and mans this kind of rock just does something to my soul!!! I remember the summer it came out. Hanging out in the park with crowds of 50 or more rockers with the sun on our shoulders having beers throwing fribees and the vibe this song put out was incredible and hasn't been duplicated since. Best summer of my life. I was 20 years old.

Yo tenía 3 años de edad cuando este tema salió, sin embargo por alguna razón a partir de los 9 años me empezó a gustar el rock, y está banda eran de las mejores que marcaron mi niñez y adolescencia, hasta la actualidad a mis 40 años. El rock ha unido fanáticos de todo el mundo. Me hubiera gustado que las bandas nunca desaparezcan y tengan su legado. Pero lamentablemente la nueva generación musical ha tenido un retroceso.
