I love these foody videos from India and really admire how hard the street food vendors work long and hard to make a living. They are inspiring. One day if I’m lucky enough to visit India I won’t eat in fancy restaurants I’ll eat from street food stalls and give my gratitude and respect to the people who create such yummy dishes. Please don't visit India unless you wanna get real sick. The environment is absolutely trash & polluted to the core. It's all urine and poop smell everywhere. You will get Covid - 9000 after visiting India. Animals roaming and shitting on streets,garbages thrown everywhere,hygiene is absolutely disgusting. You can visit places like Jammu&Kashmir, Arunachal Pradesh,Shimla,GOA and Mizoram. The rest are absolutely trash and polluted to the core. If you are someone from USA or UK you won't survive Indian atmosphere for a long time and you can trust me on that. It's so rough & bad for Western people.

Eating from food stalls is safe as long as you avoid cold salads. Eating only this hot fried rice is 100 percent safe, avoid water based chutneys. The quality of the ingredients is amazing, love the fact that the rice is separate and not sticky.

@Dashing Munda if its freshly made and all the ingredients same as a 5 star hotel, its more than healthy, as you see it being made in front of you - nutritious and affordable. you can enjoy your 5 star, always, we dont mind.

@Dashing Munda lol, there is no such thing as fake Amul butter, as Amul immidiately calls up the FDA once get info about it, and we know who uses margarine as it looks like butter but isn't, Amul butter smell is evident when cooking, stays on your fingers for more than a day, we deal in spices, and base ingredients of food, so what are you even talking about?? and I eat wherever I want, no one tells me like Hitler what to do and where when., get a life.

Cook it like pasta, don't try to measure the right amount of water, then drain the rice just before it is cooked the way you like it
