The frequency of guqin is the most closest to the frequency of heart. Thus when we listen to quqin we feel very comfortable. It can help us to heal our metal or physical problem.

fun fact: as you described how the sound of guqin takes you to a beautiful place mentally, the first guqin in Chinese history/mythology is FuXi Qin 伏羲琴 which is known as a God artifact that manipulates the minds and spirits of all beings

Mwoah ... sounds a bit like western musac performed on eastern instruments. Artistically very dissatisfying.

maybe guqin music is more abstract. I like guzheng and erhu music a little better but this is nice still. There's a tone of western music covered with eastern instruments like game of thrones theme and classic melodies. There's quite some difference imo.
