Maida - 500 gms/2cups
Ghee - 150 gms/ ½cup
Baking powder - ¼ tsp
Baking soda - ¼ tsp
Water - 100ml/1cup (approx)|
For syrup -
Gur (crushed jaggery) - 500gms/ 2½ cups
Water - a dash
Saunf (fennel seeds) - 1tbsp
Ghee - 1 tbsp
