“Green is not a creative color” originates from Don’t Hug Me I’m Scared. And according to MatPat’s theory, it was a corrupted moral delivered by the bad guy of the series. We’re not supposed to agree with it.

Aside from purple being my favourite colour, it's not that uncommon in nature. Even in colder climates where species tend to be not as eye catchy as in tropical climates you've got things like scotland's thistle and lupin.

Interestingly, the only group of people that had a word for blue back in ancient days were the Egyptians, because they managed to create a blue dye. Other people, such as the Greeks, never used the word blue in their writings, because they couldn't define what blue was, as they lacked the creativity to imagine what blue could be due to their inability to create it themselves. Therefore, blue is, in fact, a creative colour. If you are talking about uncreative colours, it would be light (white) and darkness (black) which anyone can understand. The early colours were red, yellow, and green. Therefore, one could say that green is insufficiently creative, but you'd have to also admit that red is even less creative than green.
