ultima weapon 3 skill is boost charge bar gain. The second question I am not sure what you mean,if ask for Mahira's over mastery and aetherial bonuses. It's all ok just have debuff success rate % on her over mastery bonus would be better.

@@ismaelcorpuz1132 Unfortunately it's no substitute for that weapon. If you don't have that try to change class to Kengo and summer Seruel replace Nehan would be better
