Thanks my granny died in November 2019 and I saw them loading her in on her first trip to the hospital and I wanted to know how they did it she then was sent home with a oxygen tank and was soon back at the hospital she then was sent to a special room then a month later in November she died. You should be on the right side and face the inside of the ambulance so you can see the locking mechanism and make sure it latches so that you don't drop the pt or stretcher on the step bumper.
