Hey Gursahib ! I can relate to your videos very well as I was also an international student in this country. Even I did part time jobs to support expenses . I did take marketing course but also transitioned my career to finance during my work permit days also obtained new skills and certifications. I also followed financial discipline to save and invest my money which no one taught me. I just want to encourage and effort to put a good work forward to support our community. It is helpful not only in Canada but all around the world, as credit card facility is given around the world with some different procedure/regulations and the credit card score helps the bank to track the habits and debt ratio of the person.

Hey Gurusahib. Loved the video! This is one of the most detailed videos I've seen on maintaining a good credit score (even better than some finfluencers). I just wanted to add one point - If I'm not wrong, the impact on the credit score due to a hard inquiry is only temporary and the score will bounce back in a couple of months.

Mera score 5 months mein hi 692 se 603 aagya. No emi taken, just card utilisation 100% kr di thi cos job nhi mili thi 2 months. I never missed paying the bill. Just usage high tha.

By the way if you check the bank rate of November 1981, you will see that it was 21%( People used to hold on to houses at that time). It was high in US also. Interest rates goes up and down as needed to control inflation. Fact of life. It will eventually will go down when the inflation is down. Nothing is guaranteed in life. By the way I did not watch most of the video because I am not familiar with Hindi.

Hello Bro, actually I was misguided by LA Fitness and result is now that I have to pay $1500 cancellation fees for cancellation of personal trainer. I do not want to go again there. Hey, in your grocery shopping for Indians new to Canada, I thought there were more than vegetarians in India. What about Indians who eat sea food, pork, poultry, and beef? Where can they shop? I suggest Loblaw/No Frills, Sobeys/Farm Boy/Freshco, and Metro. Walmart and Costco are American companies. Do not shop there. While in Canada, shop in Canadian owned companies, the ones I mentioned above.

You should be able to get admitted by university. "A custodian is optional for minors 17 years of age and older, but an officer can request one on a case-by-case basis."
