In this video, I talk about the current situation of Canadian Immigration System and discuss why it will be difficult for Temporary Residents particularly International Students to get Canada PR in future. I also discuss the about the solutions and precautions which they can take so that they easily get their PR.

Hi Sir, could you please give some information how to get PR through agriculture courses? Like which province is best after graduation? Which province gives PNP for agriculture courses? I have looked every video on youtube but can’t find anything regarding my course which is horticultural technician. Thank you so much for your efforts to make us aware about the reality.

Canada has, for decades, been in the top 10 of least racist and safest countries on planet Earth. Plus prosperous. Now there is a new negative spin that most Canadians do NOT deserve to a high degree. People must look at both sides. Since 2020, international students have been flocking to a educational system that many Canadians now feel was used (by many of them) as a loophole-to-immigration. Students utilizing schooling as a back-door (not front-door) ticket to living in Canada. Swarming a 50+ year tradition/system that was not not NOT designed to be about EVERY international student insisting on Permanent Residency. Plus it was not designed to be primarily about students insisting on lengthy work permits (& spouse permits etc.). Canadians have clued in that Canada's post secondary education system has (in 5 years time) turned into what many are now jokingly calling EDUGRATION. Plus 'edugration' was NEVER approved by everyday Canadians. What about Ghost Consulting that Canada told India to halt? Canadians want the $ greedy agents in other countries to stop MARKETING & LYING to their own people about access to PR or citizenship … or accommodation/jobs … in places like Canada being relatively easy (to get). And for any people living in western countries to be ashamed of themselves if they're getting greedy too. Anyone doing things to make $ off of people's PR desires. At best, there is a 20% chance of gaining PR (better odds if you are masters/medicine/trades etc.). What about all the YT videos that primarily Indian nationals have posted (for half a decade now including today) all advertising Canadian PR like they're selling or critiquing a product? Advertising VISITOR visas too (with the goal of snagging work &/or study permits then PR once in Canada). Videos not only posted HOURLY but also not in English or French. With very very little input from actual Canadian-born citizens. Are most international students truly scholars who came to Canada with enough $ to support themselves while STUDYING? Or economic migrants, who BORROWED $ to buy their way closer to the head of the immigration line? To say all the students or their consultants back home have not been at times 'gaming' Canada's education programs to gain western PR or $ is ridiculous. Students have contributed to Canada's housing CRISIS because 97% came-to-stay … not just visit with their temporary STUDY permit. This extreme never existed at schools 5 years ago. What about the IELTS spouses? Anchor babies? Fraud? False asylum claims? What about Canadian food banks & charity services being recklessly advertised on YT in Indian languages? What about Canadian housing being scooped up en-mass as investment vehicles by/for internationals? Home rental/boarding signs stating "vegetarians only can apply". Indian nationals buying local businesses then putting Indians only in key positions (while also drastically changing work practices that include working more hours for less money). BC & Ontario are now outlawing the Caste System. Canadians are witnessing these things more & more. Then throw in the Sikh vs Hindu violence/extortions across Canada. Diasporas stirring up tribal hatreds (in Canada) … even though it all stems from their ancestral home. How can peace be found anywhere with this in play? Plus the Canadian government recently launched investigations in regards to foreign interference in Canadian elections, stemming from Asia continent. Research; "India second biggest foreign threat to Canada after China, says government panel". Canada also had to end flagpoling at the border. In recent years, Canadians everyday are having to worry about their automobile being stolen by carjackers (in auto theft rings). For just one small example of what Canadians see regarding this, research; "arrests in connection with $9.24M Toronto-area auto theft ring". Canadians are so so so not used to all this. So many, who have embraced multi-culturalism and immigration for decades are now VERY worried and fearful. All are praying it doesn't turn into great anger. Canadians want multi-culturism to succeed and for all people (including immigrants) to be okay. Everyone I know is VERY happy with IRCC's recent changes (reductions & multifaceted investigations etc.). Including multi-generational long-term Asian Canadians where many have been the MOST upset (by all of this). Canadians are aware that some great students are going through hell. And know Canada is partially to blame which is awful. But bottom-line, Canada decides what needs to be done in Canada. Do you see Canadians protesting in other countries (that is not their own) making demands for themselves? No. Do Canadians now see primarily Indians protesting in Canada, making demands (due to IRCC pumping it's immigration brakes because it REALLY HAS TO)? Yes. Students protesting because they don't have the credentials to stay in Canada? And because rules designed to protect CANADA are not meeting their desires/demands? Canada didn't have numerous PRIVATE 'diploma mills' until the majority of international students were from India. Coincidence? Mills that Canada is shutting down after discovering what they were doing. AND the bulk of them are near Brampton Ontario and Surrey BC. Coincidence? If 36,000,000 Canadians travelled to India, since 2020, with the goal of being able to stay there permanently, that would raise India's population by 2.65%. Recent asylum seekers crossing into Canada… and especially international students... have raised Canada's population higher than 2.65%. More needing healthcare too (effecting waiting times etc etc). Did international students and their families pay into Canadian taxes ALL their lives like domestic students have (so they can pay cheaper tuition fees)? No. Did Canada force internationals to move to Canada as a student? No. Did Canada promise/guarantee PR? Or a job? No & no. Yet do they blame Canada when they can't get PR??? PS: Canadians are now wondering; "What caused all this drama around international students to happen?". And when pondering this question they're thinking about Canada ... and ONE other country. WHY?🤔

Thank you for finally highlighting the this. We have to many agents in India pushing stories that settling in Canada is what it is used to be. IT IS NOT. And there are many changes yet to come. So even if you plan now, there is a big chance that the rules will change, so always have a plan B. They have reduced PNP draws, express entry draws for a reason. The government just lost Toronto election because people are suffering from unemployment, inflation no affordable homes, and mass immigration has partially contributed to this. They are changing PR policies because of this, and we will know more in the coming months but it’s not looking good for future PR aspirants.

True ! I came to Canada back in 2017 ( Nova Scotia - Dalhousie Uni ) stayed in Halifax for 3 years and moved to Toronto. I recently visited Halifax to meet Alumni. Things have changed so much in 3 years there, everyone I met there were complaining of excessive number of foreign students taking up local jobs, my ex-land lord ( who was very friendly to us ) back when we moved in 2017 has become very hostile to immigrants as a result of excessive immigration ! very sad.....

Main last 40 years se Kanedda mein rehti hoon. Early Childhood Educator ka bahot scope hai yahaan Kanedda mein. Itna scope hai, itna scope hai ki poori duniya ke log pareshaan hain ki Early Childhood Educator ka itna zyaada scope? Woh bhi Kanedda mein? Last month yahaan ke CBC TV channel par ek program bhi telecast hua tha jisme hamaare PM Justin Trudeau ke interview mein usne kahaa tha ki Kanedda mein bahot scope hai Early Childhood Educator profession ka. Aap bas Canada Government ki official job website par jaayein, wahaan account banaa ke apni CV upload karein aur within a couple of hours aapko dhadaadhad job offer ke letters aane shuru ho jaayenge, wo bhi without interview. Annual salary around 200,000 Canadian Dollars tax free along with free car, free house, free electricity, free water and free high speed internet, free life insurance, free university education for your children, free movie tickets, free passes for Canada's Wonderland and Toronto Zoo, twice a year free business class tickets for the whole family to India or Pakistan, once a year free business class tickets for the whole family to Europe or any other tourist destination, conveyance allowance, har 3 mahine mein tagdaa bonus, free medical benefits free laptops, PlayStation 5 and Apple iPads and iPhones. Jab aapko offer letter milega, uska print-out and apna passport lekar kisi bhi Kanedda ke High Commission ya Consulate mein chale jaao aur visa application form along with job offer print-out and passport submit kar do. 2~3 din mein Canada ka 25 saal ka work visa lag jaayega. Canadian High Commission mein baithe clerk ya chapraasi ko table ke neeche se 500 rupaye ka note aur tambaakoo waala gutkaa ya paan pakdaa dena. Woh aapke sab kaam bhaag bhaag ke, fataafat karvaa ke de dega. Agar aapka Indian ya Pakistani passport expired hai to wo bhi fataafat Canadian High Commission mein hi renew karke milegaa. Aapko itne zyaada job offers aayenge, itne zyaada job offers aayenge ki end mein aap sochenge apna mulk hi theek hai. Bahot scope hai Early Childhood Educator ka Kanedda mein. Matlab thoda zyaada hi scope. Jitnaa honaa chahiye us-se bhi kaheen zyaada scope. Good Luck.

Because people like Trudeau And Miller have lured immigrants on a large scale taking away very hard-earned money of immigrants, and not being able to accomodate so many people properly resulting in inflation and gruesome dearth in jobs where immigrants have to resort to very filthy odd jobs to meet their ends, and is now passing dicey policies on a regular basis,so that's not fair!! Think about this matter from the perspective of an immigrant, you'll be able to see the harsh reality better as explained in this video!

Why?

One thing is clear in comments section..... People are somehow still very hopeful about canadian PR..... Despite giving correct info, people are abusing you for spreading hate and jealousy.... Ar this point, i guess the new norm by immigration agents in india is that somehow flew to Canada and just enter the Canada and after 1 or 2 year just protest against the govt for PR and work permit and get PR eventually.... Dangerous time ahead for everyone in Canada

PR should not be that easy for ausi and nz. Why canada earlier just giving free PR to everyone. This one make devalued of canadian PR and citizenship. Canada has to take action now otherwise to late. They do not want barrier for their own people entry to other nation like USA, Ausi, Nz. 10 times better country than canada. Canada must step up now to save its own value. Facts is facts.
