Experiencing obstacles helps you to see how strong you are. Your faith is really tested, so there are also beneficial. This thought usually does not come to mind until after the storms are calm. Nepal is on my mind right now. One day we might look back and say "It was a great purification for generations to come. Lot of bad karma got used up extremely quickly!'

This prayer should ideally be followed/ended with the following: Gewa Deyi Nyur tu thak, Ugen pema dub gyur ne, Dowar chique malup pa, Thae sala gyaopar sho.
