EOL period will be deducted as Non Qualifying Service from the total service.

First of all I thank Yourgoodself for lucidly explaining the leave encashment formulla. Plz clarify how to calculate HPL & why not to take 100 days of HPL out of 150 days as only half pay is counted in the calculations. Once again thanks.

The information about leave encashment very useful for all government employees. Please intimate the leave encashment allowed to Re- employed Ex-servicemen in central government. I have already encashed 185 days leave while getting my retirement benefits from my Indian Air Force service. Please intimate how days leave I can encash in my Re - employed service. I will be superannuating from government service on 30-09-2022.

Sir I liked the video and understood the topic. I have a query that is, if an employee has only hpl of more than 300 days in credit at the time of retirement but does not have any El. Will the 300 days of hpl be still qualified for leave encashment as per half of emoluments formula.
