Sir mere bhai ki 29/10/2022 ko Cancer ke wajah se death hogai. Wo Maharashtra Government se Aided Jr. college pe lecture ki post par the. Unka appointments Date hai 23/08/2006 And 100% 2009 me hoa . Wo NPS Subscriber the to unki Family ko Gratuity milegi kya aur other kya benefits ho sakte please bataiyye

Sir, Thank you for the awareness video .Great topic you have chosen for helping people. Sir, I have few questions. Kindly answer me one by one. 1) Is it applicable for both Central and State governments employees. 2) Is their any criteria of job duration (job length) of employee is required for availing these pension options. Example - 2yrs or 3yrs must be completed in his or her job tenure. 3) If a widow doing state government job. Not in ground on compensation and has 2 adult children. Younger son is married and older daughter is not married and they were dependent on that lady. Now the lady is no more. In that case, they were eligible for these pension options.

Guruji agar retirment kai bad accumulated amount ko surender karnai par pension milta hai ya nahi. Agr nahi kartai hai to accumulted amount milega ya nahi.

Govt Contribution and returns thereon under NPS accumulation have to be surrendered to Govt. account to avail family pension. Employee contribution and returns thereon will be paid to the nominee or legal heir.

Sir meri mother Oct 2020 main on-duty expire ho gyi thi.. Unhe cancer ho gya tha... To unhe nps main 80% sbi bond or 20% check se account main paise diya gya hai.. Jabki mughe family pension chahiye the.. Mughe kitna paisa government main jama karana hoga or kaise.. Mera case cda dehradun ke paas hai abhi.. Mughe bond or 20% ke ke ilawa Abhi tak kuch nhi mila hai.. Na hi. Mera PPO no. Aaya hai.. Or na hi dusra paisa mila hai.. Mughe kya karna chahiye

hello sir Sir, my brother who was working in the post office from 2018 to 12 January 2021, after resigning from there, he joined Delhi's District Court Tis Hazari Court on 8 April 2021 and died on 17 April 2021 from Corona.Till now he did not even have any paperwork in the court like service book, nps prana form etc. He was able to make only 4 appearances in the court, the rest of the day he was suffering from corona and he died of corona on 17th April 2021. Now we will get any kind of benefits, pension etc. from post office or from Tis Hazari Court?

Extremely sorry for the loss. You will get some benefits from post office like leave encashment, etc. contact post office for it. Gratuity, Insurance, NPS, etc will be paid by Tis Hazari court.

Sir, as per all extant norms in respect of NPS , we come to know that when a NPS subscriber under government services get retire on superannuation will be allowed benefits as per the norms specified under PFRDA (exit and withdrawal) rules. My question is what about retirement gratuity in this case, whether, he or she will also be eligible for retirement gratuity in addition to abovementioned benefits or not. Please, elaborate.

(1) A Government servant to whom these rules apply, shall, immediately on joining service submit an application in Common Subscriber Registration Form or in any other form specified by the Authority along with an option form referred to in rule 10, to the Head of Office for registration to the National Pension System. unless he exercises option to opt for old pension on his joining, he wont be given Family Pension under old pension rules and will be dealt with only under NPS rules

Sir, can u pls explain..in case of death of NPS employee to opt for old family pension .. maximum length of service means exactly how many years and accumulation in NPS is good means exactly how much?

You can use online available NPS pension calculators to calculate pension amount according to NPS accumulation.

सर जी नमसते, सर जी मै सेना से 30-6-2001 को इनवैलिड दिसबिलिटी मे 20साल की नौकरी करने के बाद रिटायरमेंट आ गया औऱ मै दुबारा r p f मे अक्टूबर 2005 मे भर्ती हो गया औऱ यहाँ भी हमारी नौकरी 16 साल से ज्यादा हो जायगी सर मेरा इसी 31 दिसंबर 2022 मे रिटायरमेंट भी है, क्या सर हमें N P S के बदले Old Pension मिल सकती है प्लीज बताये आपकी बड़ी मेहर बानी होंगी
