Ek baar mere husband ne mujhe sabke samne insult kar diya tha aur us time sab log ready hokar birthday party mei restraunt jane k liye nikal hi rahe thei.. aisa hote hi sab kuch seconds k liye pause ho gye kyunki mera rona ya fir gussa hona 💯% ho gya tha but pata nahi kaise mere andar shakti aa gayi aur mei jor jor se hans ne lagi... मै भी गुस्से को दबाता था। और ये ज़्यादा दिन तक दब कर न रह सका ये गुस्से का भड़ास इतना खतरनाक साबित हुआ कि मै घर में भी अकेलापन मेहशूह करने लगा। लेकिन मैंने माफी मांगी और सच्चे दिल से अब सबकुछ सही चल रहा🙏

Life changing lecture.. Listening for the first time.. I was going through the deep anger because of many situations but after listening this I realised that I was also somewhere responsible to let such situations arises whether controllable or uncontrollable situations...
