GUS GUS! I’m French and I have been listening to you for probably a good 20 years now. A kiwi friend gave me a Gus Gus CD to listen to back when I was living in London, circa 1999?. I TOTALLY fell in love with your music back then so that was a great CD gift. Ever since I remember blasting your Mexico album in my car (years later, when I lived in California) and man, boy, girl, I STILL LOVE YOU TO THESE DAYS (and planning a trip to Iceland at some point and I am also planning on smooching every member of Gus Gus because that’s how much I love you guys). Who has noticed Birgir Þórarinsson's finger pointing at the end of the song minute 8:34 . Pure mathematics and soul, this man knows a lot and he's underrated.

I never get tired of watching these performances. For my money nobody works a modular synth live better than they do... it's a genuine gift. (This coming from someone who's worked with one both live and in studio for more than a decade, and who makes a living building them.)

Listening to electronic music since the early 1970s, GUSGUS has, since their birth in the late 1990s, been a Sovereign in my life! When I win the lottery, I will kindly ask for a private concert open to every other GUSGUS lover that can make it in time for the show. Must be that they were raised off continents, that made them kind of a secret to everybody else than the "electronic-by-the-heartbeat" musiclovers. Still bugs me as being very strange, that they aren´t considered the heirs of masterminds like Kraftwerk and Depeche Mode. Enjoy forever the soundscapes of GUSGUS. Love, Boe Sallingboe
