You are a damn good teacher. I am 83 years old . I saw that dance on tik tok and decided I wanted to learn it. Looking for a tutorial I came across yours. Instructions you gave were brilliant. The breakdown into parts was extremely helpful to be able to repeat the same part until I got it down. I plan to surprise my kids, just need to find a cowboy hat!!!

Watching the “right when it’s the left” is hard for a newbie to handle.

Hi. Thanks for taking the time to create this tutorial for everyone. I hate to point this out but the creators of the TX Hold'em Dance, and most everyone else doing +/or teaching the dance, start with the RIGHT foot. I know you say your video is mirrored, but your instructions and footwork start with the left foot so they're backward. Just saying☺️ Also, having the instructor/s face the mirror so we can learn while facing the same direction is much easier. Being face to face has always been more confusing for most people. With a full length mirror wall (like in a dance studio), we can also see the front of the instructor if we want.

There are parts sof the music that I am not sure you have gone through in this video and I don’t know how to dance with. The part that says Step to the Left and Step to the Right and so on.

This lady is lady can dance, loose hips and shoulders makes her moves look effortless, really nice. This poor guy try's, but dang I would describe his motion in his hips and shoulders as that of Shrek. "A" for effort though. Bless his heart!

First I want to say this is the coolest Texas Holdem I've seen yet! and second, to the commenters who have posted negative comments that "so and so is annoying"..may I ask you how much you paid this team? oh right, nothing! I think all the ones I've seen thus far are so cute. My line dance instructor is teaching one of these versions that is currently out here.

Thank u do much for the tutorial but it'd still too fast. Ugh. I wish I could do what you do so zi will keep trying and practicing. Maybe show each segment slow so people can learn each one at a time. At the end combine 1 and 2 then teach the 2nd segment separately. Then slowly combine the segment with the one b4 slowly. Maybe I can memorize it faster. Teach the 3rd segment by itself and the 4th, 5th, and last separate. You 2 look gr8 doing this Lil jig.
