1 onion.
2 cloves of garlic.
1 raw sweet red pepper.
600 g minced meat.
2 tomatoes.
1 leek stalk.
40g butter.
20g flour.
500 ml milk.
100 g hard mozzarella cheese.
Some vegetable oil.
Salt and ground black pepper to taste.

300g mozzarella cheese.
1 onion.
1 zucchini.
1 eggplant.
100 g mushrooms.
1 tomato.
Some vegetable oil.

I never put oil in the water when boiling pasta. The pasta will get coated with oil, and it will then not be able to absorb the sauce. I am Italian and learned that when I was a child. Your recipies are wonderful.

Never add oil to pasta water, it’s not necessary and in dishes with sauce, can make the sauce roll right off of the pasta. To keep pasta from sticking, watch and stir. It’s that simple. An Italian woman taught me that. Other than that, looks delicious.

If you try to put oil in the pasta water in Italy, you are libel to loose an arm ! It's not a matter of making someone happy. It's a basic rule of cooking pasta.

I feel that recipes can be adjusted to ones liking or whatever, we don't have to knock anyone down, you don't want to add oil, yes I've heard it both ways, do it and don't do it. Just don't if you were raised that way, just adjust with being so critical. Cooking is meant to be adjusted to ones preferences after trying it exactly as the recipe calls for, then the next time you can adjust it, too much salt, then use less and so on and so forth. The one thing I learned. I NEED a kitchen scale LOL. And that blender thingy, that looks cool.

I've been making this for my kids for well over 20+ years. I actually thought I made it up. One day, I decided to try something new. They love it, so I've been making it ever since. I just call it something different. Wow! It's amazing that someone else knows this recipe. I place cheese all throughout and with each layer. It's so delicious.

Apparte quello della preparazione noi non usiamo cipolla, porri, è aglio tutto assieme non serve poi non è un piatto italiano non è neanche un ragù, io per fare quella roba che ha fatto avrei usato la salsiccia sbriciolata al posto del macinato e avrei messo solo cipolla😅 e poi non l’avrei mai fatto perché è un insulto per me 😂😂 l’asciate stare la cucina italiana se non sapete almeno le basi ALMENO…👏🏽👏🏽🇮🇹🍷

Thank you so much for sharing these recipes and for showing us all the preparations in real time. That helps me gauge how much time and effort I'll need and it's very rarely shown! I also love how we see a different (but equally pretty) nail polish for each recipe. :) Your utensils are all so pretty (especially the sparkly black brush) and the setting is simple and clean. What a lovely video! The pasta recipe looks similar to a dish made in my country except for the leek, and I'm really excited to try the leek in butter. I can almost smell it. Yum! I'm going to try both dishes. Thanks again very much!
