They clearly say on the radio transmission that the white powder substance (Cocaine) was in the library. The library is part of the private residence. I totally see why the Whitehouse would want to change locations.

If it was anthrax, Hunter would have the Secret Service pay his dealer a visit to teach him a lesson about burning him. However, Hunter isn't exactly bright (except to Droolin' Joe who calls Hunter the smartest guy he knows - take that how you will considering Joe gets lost walking from the podium back to his handlers) so I'd wager he'd still try a line or two. The guy has admitted to snorting parmesan. As long as the baggie came from the hood &/or was delivered by a guy with a face tattoo, I'd wager Hunter would still do a couple bumps.
