There is, using material handlers. These cranes are seriously outdated for this kind of work, I can't believe they are still around...

Eso es un atraso ,así tarda dos años en descargar el barco,la grúa tenía que hechar en una tolva y los camiones cargar de la tolva, o directamente al suelo y con palas cargadoras,

With that big of a bucket and only having one bucket per load, that guy should be able to load a truck in 30 seconds. Probably a newby or demonstration of a new piece of equipment. Being to cautious and nervous to productively load a truck.

@@zachfreeman1503 maybe if they had a funnel to throw it into, but loading a truck when the bucket is suspended from long cables can be a bit challenging.
