Hi Guy...Your Shows are indeed very Informative. Your competición are quite innovative.. But I feel all competitors ought to be compensated.. Eating behind the serving counters and cooking area? That goes totally against every HACCAP standards that I used to know. I like your videos but every time you break the hygiene rules and eat behind the serving counters, I can't stand to know that your crumbs are falling into someone else's food
