I looked it up, he was charged with 2 felonies: attempted murder and 1st degree aggravated assault but hasn’t had his trial yet. The victim had 5 stab wounds and a collapsed lung but was stable.

Now I get why guys had problems with people carrying live blades in airsoft I didn't think anything of it when I first started (2006 at the Colloseum and Bing Field in Wood River Illinois) but now after doing years of actual defensive force on force training yeah no live blades and I'd go as far as no simulated blades either no intentional physical contact at all

Ok, I am ufficially a Psycopath... In my defence I usually play in the woods, and I have learnt to always carry a knife while going in the woods. Never used or meant, or pretended to use my real knife against a human being, for that I use a plastic bayonet

Pagan, 20, with attempted murder, assault and criminal possession of a weapon in connection with a post-game stabbing at Hudson Valley Airsoft at the Paladin Center in Putnam County. Carmel police alleged that the Bedford Hills man brandished a knife and stabbed a 33-year-old Mount Vernon man six times in the chest and torso area, also accidentally injuring himself by cutting his own hand. Both men were transported to Danbury Hospital for medical treatment. The victim suffered multiple stab wounds along with a collapsed lung and was stable condition, police said. Pagan was released from Danbury Hospital and taken into custody by Carmel Police detectives. He was arraigned by Carmel Town Justice Miller and sent to the Putnam County Correctional Facility on $150,000 cash bail or $300,000 secured bond. A reason why some arenas don't allow melee tags at all. Since a person was stabbed, this was clearly not a plastic or foam knife for melee tags at all. The person who committed the stabbing clearly had an intent to harm.

This has been to court multiple times and consistently ruled constitutional. The logic is generally "the people" is not all inclusive, and doesn't include criminals. as demonstrated explicitly by them still being subject to forced servitude, and implicitly as otherwise inprisonment or the death penalty would also be unconstitutional. All off that was practiced while the the writers of the constitution were still alive. It depends where you live, but generally I don't think this is a hill worth dying on when there are so many states where you can have your felon status expunged after 5 years of so. In addition black powder guns fall through the cracks in most places, felons generally still have access to a wide array of shotguns and revolvers.@@jhanks2012

@dbhllproductions6544 I used to play at this field until this incident, the facility is also used for police weapons and tactics training so they all know its there. After this incident though, HVA decided to permanently shut down public airsoft games and only allow reservations for private matches. But you have to have 10 people, and pay 300 bucks for 3 hours. Yeah I'll be playing at a different field now lol

I remember a few days ago seeing a video where a guy was pissing people off by shooting them too close and telling people to cry about it, some people were saying they'd meet that guy in the parking lot if it were them. Others were saying those guys were full of shit. This video should remind people that some people are unhinged as fuck and will in fact stab you over a game of airsoft. And if some dude is willing to stab you, then there are definitely other people who will get into stupid fights about this stuff. Stay safe, no one needs to see stuff like this escalate.

About same age as you and same. You want fucked up? It turned out this one prominent guy who used to host events and be all-man for everything and always talking about his tours in Afghanistan....was a pedophile military impersonator. Even more fucked up? The main 13 year old he was victimizing was out at games and we thought it was his son. I even bought shells off him. I was 15 at the time. Even more fucked up? This kid was someone else's whose parents he had tricked with his 'military background' and let him come out to play. Dude even took this kid on a trip to Scotland and was grooming him. Even more fucked up? I actually found myself running through the woods with pedo at one point. Even more fucked up? Pedo had me and a few other underage guys on MSN and was always pressuring us to come on over to his house for drinks. Yeah, no. Regular players didn't so much like underage guys at the games let alone want to talk to us after for anything other than airsoft. Even more fucked up? This guy faked military documents and even insert himself in uniform in military parades. Yeah he's declared a 'dangerous offender' which in Canada means in prison indefinitely which is usually reserved for serial killers and such and even they get out. This isn't why I got out of airsoft. I was never abused - not that naive nor gay - but other guys contacted me about it after and some others sort of were. Some were around a pool with him and he'd insist on 'bear hugs' though. A lot of fucked UP eh

@@Filthy_Larry i had my share in that game too. Even when i throw, jump, mash the kich or punch, zone, block a lot. Id get my share of opponent rage and i ask, "What am i suppised to do then? Stand there and do nothin? I used COD because it has a much much higher player base than MK so the odds if getting a threating psycho much higher. I love using the shield. It ruins my rival's odds of using the high tier care packages or quick scoping. In a way, i do increase the time everyone plays on the map rather than the game ending in 2 - 3 minutes.
