I agree so much. There is always something in Richard's eyes that says I am really not this bad. I so hope they turn Guy good (but still a little rough around the edges)

I agree, his scenes w/ Sinead Cusack in N&S are really wonderful, he has a riveting screen presence. I hope that he gets to do European rather than American movies which always appeal to the lowest common denominator, he deserves better. *_*

Ha ha ha...Thorin is around 5'2" (my height)...so I should definately not discriminate. You really cannot even tell how short the Dwarves are supposed to be unless they are shown standing next to Gandalf or the Elves ( which are a whole other catagory of hotness...mmmm... can't wait for more Thranduil). Anyway, I guess the point is-- hot is hot-- no matter what the package...and Thorin's got the heart and guts of a warrior.

Yes, he is stunning and the honeyed baritone voice doesn't hurt either. Too bad, his hotness appears to cause him a great deal of anguish. I was reading an interview with the woman who plays Jo on Spooks, she said that she has never seen a man as uncomfortable w/ his looks as poor RA. Now I feel guilty when I ogle him. Thanks 4 info, will look at ep. 6 and try to think of England!!l
