Lovely dish especially with fry fish & some nice Archer or lime pepper sauce, bro love your Back yard, Love how the trees are laid out and the way you keep it looking. I love your natural cooking. Stay simple and easy and stick to your Guyanese culture. Split peas is split peas, when it is cooked then it dhall...this is not an insult.
