Dope review. I'm trying to decide between this pair and the NB 997 in the sunset color way. The mixture of materials from the left to the right is really pulling me in though.

Washington d.c. is one of the biggest supporters of new balance. We mostly like the 990s but i like the fact tbat everyone always go for the 990s because i leave open the ability to get other models such as the gre 5740

what’s the sizing like? i never had a pair of new balances. i’m a size 9 in jordan 1s. im honestly excited to get my first pair of new balances

You can rock these in a 9 and you’ll be fine. But if you want a more snug fit then go .5 size down.

How's the width of the toebox vs the 574? I found my tts with the 574 too snug and uncomfortable, partly due to my bunions and somewhat wode feet. Also given they both likely have the same foam how's the comfort vs the 327? Nice video!

I feel like the toe box is a bit wider compared to the 574. My 574 in a 10 fits more TTS than these in a 10. The 327 feels very similar.

@@guynkicks Thank you for replying! I started buying sneakers last year and New Balance started it all for me (the 997H specifically). New Balance is killing it lately with their recent releases. I'll have this (and the 327 after, the 990v5 grey/castlerock I bought will be sent sometime next month hopefully!) further up in my to buy list than the more hyped shoes for sure. I look forward to your future videos.

You can wear a size 10. I have a couple that are a bit big, but nothing too concerning.

992 is more comfortable. Not that these aren’t, just prefer the 992 comfort more.

It’s an interesting change. But since the 327 already had the big N, I think most people have gotten used to it.

No. 574 (at least the classic ones) increase height by 2.9 cm, and 5740 - about 2.7-2.8 cm. Thus, it turns out even a little less than 574.

That’s my least favorite look of this design. But overall a nice shoe.

Dont know why but for me this shoe is very uncomfortable. Its like wearing a brick...no flex, mininal cushioning...i ordered true to size and I totally agree that half size down would have been better....even 10min walk feels exhausting....

You’ll be fine with an 11, but if you like a more snug fit go with a 10.5.

They have been selling out every where right now. So make sure to try new balance this morning. Should drop at 10 est but keep an eye in case they drop before.
