Love it, really like the springer front end it matches the overall bike design perfectly. Those twisted spokes are just cool.

First class work. Only thing I would have done differently is do a left hand twist on one side and a right hand twist on the other. More work but I'm a detail person.

I heat and turn about a 6 inch section at a time, when finished I go back, reheat areas that need uniformity

my question is where did you get that air chisel for the air hammer? Did you buy it or grind it down. Ive never seen one like that. Do the spot weld cutter ones work good?

I think that came from matco about 20yrs ago..... i've looked but haven't found another... that sucks

Spotweld cutters work well.... but you have to keep replacing them
