GW Increases Prices Again!

@@NEGAProductions24 Large pauldrons on their shoulders. Warcraft and Warhammer actually had legal issues with each other on this I believe. Absolutely hilarious.

So how much cheaper is to 3D print your own army now?

Depends what you want to print and how many units. As well it depends on your regions electricity bills and resin prices (also the upfront cost of the 3d printer). So with just the cost of resin its way way cheaper, when you factor in the power you spend on it, its still cheaper like you are saving around 30$ on every 5th unit. Another thing i like to do is print one figure in pieces use them to make a mold and melt waste resin in the molds thats how i make swords with my printer.

I've printed about a 2k Ork army for one and a half bottles of resin. Each resin bottle cost me 24$.

You can still print one more piece in 10 years. Need 5 archers ? They can be ready for tomorrow ... But there is some "infrastructure" to have at home

@@perapapic3683 you never printed, right? Buy a 3d printer on a sale, 200-400€. 1l of resin 30-50€. Free STLs or 10-20€. Electricity? 1 or 2 € for the time it take to make the mini. 10 marines = 50€. 3 eliminators 50€.

Guys, the MOMENT a franchise goes mainstream - its OVER. the old fans are done, they are looking for fresh customers and give a rats ass about the old ones, because they are a tiny minority compated to the world market. you need to live with this

@@NEGAProductions24 I'm not him but if you want my opinion, one page rules is pretty good. I actually went over to it once I realized I can take my Imperial Knight with me on the game. It's a very simple game compared to 40k. There's less emphasis on the characters, making most of them basically your own special ones and by extension makes it more wargamey because the units can get a bit generic.

Thank God I wont build huge armies, I just want a small unit for each faction that I like. I only play with my father so we dont care about big armies, only small units so its easier for us

Doing thing yourself is the Best no matter Gaming or Growing Food in the End you get it cheaper and better Quality and who wants to buy the same Army as others for 3 or more times the Price when you can 3D Print a "Creators Work" who does "Custom Creative" Work for you. Today all of the Things got more Expensive Gas Food Like you Said Milk ... and People do not get more From their Work so in Truth they lose money over time and Really should think what they can use it for .. Gaming or Hanging out With others should not get more Expensive that Defeats the Point of Figures

I Belive Companies make it more Expensive because of Inflation (1000$ Now is 900$ in 5 Years) and yes Greed there is always more to gain while throwing out People who do not have the Ability to Pay for Stuff and just Leave the whole Genre Behind.

I run 5 armies. We don't play 2000 point games. 4000 point minimum. I run ork, tyranids, ultramarines, sisters, and necrons. Warhammer is cheap. Nothing in this hobby is expensive.

You can buy an elegoo Mars 3 with the same amount a regular combat patrol would cost you. These printers have been getting cheaper and their quality is improving. You don't need to get a 8k or even a 12k. A simple 4k will do. Resin is also relatively cheap. Around 25-45$ depending on the resin.
