Yes it's a paid addon but remember, it's early access. It'll be free when it eventually fully releases (and it'll have more features too).
Some might notice I can spawn up to 200,000 particles even if it shows the max is 100,000. I modified the limit of particles but it just doesn't update the UI.

Username checks out. It looks great but the balls need to be interpolated, which obviously would be a massive processing task. How about changing the balls to circles and then render the water in 2D from the camera perspective, just to test it. I'm no Gmodder so I have no idea if it's possible, just an idea to make it look smooth
