I really hate Gwuncan because it was all a deceitful and manipulative setup that was never true love. Duncan only liked Gwen for her similarities and appearance then used her to his advantage. Gwent was true love because of the way Gwen and Trent treated each other the right way and loved one another for who they were.

@Eva the underrated Gwuncan was a mistake that was forced on Fresh TV by network executives. It was also very toxic because it was all deceit, manipulation, contempt, and betrayal.

@gothikaxenon Cartoon Network, Teletoon, and some fans wanted to teach the kids that true love is what you have in common. But this is nothing more than a huge mistake. True love isn't about what you have in common, it's about being friendly, honest, loyal, supportive, etc.

I always thought that the fanbase is dead. Since I saw that there’s only a few people left that still loves this couple like me, I was afraid that they’ve been forgotten. But seeing this now, I realize that I’m not the only one and there are still people out there who honor their relationship even today. Thank you for making this music video! I love it!😊

You and the creator Tom McGillis are my heroes since you really are a true Gwent fan, and the creator Tom McGillis ended up the whole Gwuncan mess. Absolutely. They're a fine and healthy couple, who has everything that true love has. Number 9 obsession or not, Trent and Gwen are perfect for each other. The only reason for their breakup was because of Network request, that the writers can't do anything against it. At least the creator Tom McGillis put an end to the awful Network requests.

@@j1taii504 Their status is currently unknown because Total Drama has been canceled. However Gwent was one of the favorite couples of the show's creators. They were forced to break up because of a network request from Cartoon Network and Teletoon who wanted Gwen to be with Duncan for bad reasons, even though Tom McGillis hated Gwuncan. Tom McGillis put a stop to Duncan's fake relationship with Gwen in season 5 and Gwen has been single ever since. Gwen and Trent were truly and deeply in love during season 1 to the start of season 2 where their relationship grew. Sadly in episode 5 of season 2, Gwen accidentally and reluctantly broke up with Trent from deception and extortion from others, but she is still good friends with him. Duncan had deceived and manipulated Gwen in seasons 2 and 3. Gwen had mistakenly thought she was in love with Duncan at some point, but it was actually emotional confusion and she willingly dumped Duncan in season 5 after discovering how he was a huge jerk to her. Starting from episode 5 of season 5, Gwen has been single (meaning that she's not currently in a relationship). Many people have been wanting Gwen and Trent to reunite and become a permanent couple in the new seasons of Total Drama . There is currently no information on the season that takes place after Ridonculous Race. Right now Fresh TV has come up with an alternate universe spin-off season called "Total Dramarama" instead of continuing where Ridonculous Race left off.

Episode Alexis So far there is no information on the 6th season of Total Drama, but it was stated that the creators of the show actually prefer Duncney and Gwent; they despise Gwuncan.

Well she really ends up with no one she left Trent and Duncan but she didn't really was another relation after total drama all stars but I still ship Gwen x Trent cuz it's the first ship I ever shipped in total drama and I know it say the hell "Total DRAMA" but it doesn't mean to ruin ur own amazing ships. Which makes me upset and they dicided to do total dramarama which is funny but I wish a second season of Ridonculous Race with all the original cast.

It’s more likely that Trent was hurt because Duncan badly abused him and lied to Gwen about him until he lost control of his emotions. Trent even admitted this in the aftermath episodes.

Gwent was good in tdi, I didn’t mind their relationship in tdi (gwuncan didn’t happen yet) TDA was a good season but it ruined gwent. Trent threw challenges for gwen, Ik he thought she’d like that but after a whole season of being with her, he should’ve known gwen would hate that. Besides, it was unfair to his team. Also, the 9 thing. Gwuncan started in TDA and was its best season, I think gwuncan was love in TDA sure Duncan was with Courtney but gwen and Duncan weren’t dating, Gwen was still with Trent. Gwuncan existing in TDA might mean Duncan cheated on Courtney but there’s a difference between liking and dating. Then Courtney comes back and is a whiny bitch to everyone especially Duncan because she incorrectly thinks Duncan cheated on her. sure Duncan and Gwen were good friends and might have wanted to be...yknow more than friends, but they were never dating in TDA gwent still existed And sure Duncan betrayed Courtney but like I said Courtney became a whiny bitch And they got back together at the end of action. Then, TDWT. Duncan and Courtney were dating. Duncan shouldn’t have kissed gwen and I think he was cheating on Courtney which wasn’t cool same with Gwen cheating on Trent Courtney going psycho is understandable since Duncan cheated on her. To be fair though, Trent and Courtney were bad in TDA. Then....... TDAS. gwen only cared about becoming friends with Courtney and didn’t care about and broke up with her boyfriend Duncan. Not cool. I know like I said Duncan cheated on Courtney but also like I said, Courtney Is terrible. And no one remembers gwen cheated on Trent. Gwen and Courtney became friends, and Duncan got arrested. Overall, out of those 4 no one is blameless but Duncan doesn’t suck at love

It turns out that creator Tom McGillis supported Gwent (Gwen x Trent) and he despised the Gwuncan (Gwen x Duncan) idea.
