12 жыл бұрынThe day before Zedex 2011 show at Kingston Bagpuize I spent a couple of hours at the Didcot railway cantre where the former Alexandria and Newport Docks 0-4-0ST now GWR 1340 pottered around all afternoon giving rides in the restored GWR 4 wheel coach

@@somtoastd2989 I was always told the fastest was 35. Though that does seem plausible for Thomas, considering he can *KEEP UP WITH AN A4..*

It is! Percy’s basis is this engine!

Percy was based off of this engine and... Uh... Some other GWR design, I can't remember what, but it's a 0-6-0ST. Mainly just the cab and coal bunker from that design with the frame, boiler, tank, and wheels of this loco, if I remember correctly. Also, apparently work has restarted on this loco's restoration to operating condition, so we have that to look forward to.
