I was an adventurous, athletic person prior to my illness and would enjoy traveling like Sanderson…but even being 9 years younger, my body is worn-physically-from getting older, chemo, pain pills and other drugs. Old age is real and your body breaks down around mid-40s. At 65, it's a struggle and even I realize that a lot of my struggles are simply because I'm old. The jurors live in a community that depends on the ski industry. It was the jurors who were doing the right thing to show what will happen when skiers try to sue other skiers for something that was probably both of their faults. These self proclaimed intermediate skiers from out of state with big egos and are wealthy going after each other because they weren’t paying attention and collide. Wahhhh!!! The jurors are essentially saying you want to come to our mountain? Do it at your risk and stay out of our civil court. And good for them. Can you imagine the flood gates opening of lawsuits every time someone touches someone else’s ski in a lift line???? Lmfao.

This lawsuit reveals how any encounter they have with "ordinary" people has the potential to escalate in terrible and frightening ways. Must be a scary way to live, knowing that even something as simple as accidentally colliding with someone in a supermarket can lead to a frivolous televised soap operatic lawsuit for the entire world to watch and laugh and commentate. Must a hyper anxiety-ridden life. Make senses why they are closed off and out of touch.

I am SO happy for her!! She deserves this. I knew that she would not bring this to court if she was in the wrong. You can just see her about burst into tears holding it back. I am sure she finally feels free from this dude!!! Bless her. I love her!! ❤️

She doesn’t deserve anything. The jury deserves the credit for single handedly snuffing out these flimsy lawsuits between wealthy entitled parties going after each other because both parties suck at skiing. They collided. It happens everyday on those overcrowded green runs. And this lawsuit was all about ego. I’m sure Terry (retired optometrist and full time world traveler) is not used to being treated like that and probably did suffer some injuries. but don’t ski if you get hurt like that after hitting another slow skiing novice female skier! Lmfao. He should have never been on the slopes to begin with.

Excellent! 👏👏👏👏 Finally! A fair jury! These Lawsuits must stop & hopefully this is a good beginning. Too much time & money is spent on these ridiculous cases while important cases wait years to see the inside of a Courtroom. Well done & Congratulations Ms Paltrow.

It’s a matter of principle. The guy who sued Gwyneth wants money from her for something that didn’t happen. Gwyneth just wants to prove that what the guy is saying is not true.
