Respected Sir, Kindly answer following questions-: 1. Is a postal assistant in his probation period eligible to work as Counter PA in Head office? 2. Is a postal assistant in his probation period eligible to be deputed in a Single Hand Delivery Sub office 70KMs away from station office with no experience of counter work? 3. If A probationary Postal assistant has taken a hotel on rent whole time of deputation period in place of deputation, Is it absolutely necessary to stay in that hotel 24-7 hours (Except Office hours of course)? If he has gone to city post office for official work (submitting/printing Daily account) and stayed that night/s in that city only, then does He becomes ineligible to claim TA bill through That hotel Bills? 4. Is it mandatory to live in place of deputation 24 hours (including Sundays/Holidays) during deputation period? If yes, kindly provide departmental rule stating same.
