Thanks for talking about such an important topic. I have observed many kids being addicted to smartphones even at the age of 3. It does make me worried, it is really hampering their growth years. Kids space is only half the solution. One major reason why this is happening is the lack of time on parents part. They need to take out time to interact with their kids, and encourage them to play outdoors.

This is much needed for today's kids. Due to lockdown in 2020, my 6 and 8 year cousins were given their own smartphones for their online school. They watch all kinds of KZfaq shorts content on it and are addicted to it so much so that they cry when we take it away. Phone time should really be limited and controlled for such young kids. So I think this video is very necessary for parents

this is more of a parenting issue, if parents (adults grownups) want to not fulfil their responsibilities of parenting and gives mobile for children to get away from it, then its different thing to be discussed. Adults needs to see their decisions as a third person point of view to understand and scrutinize what they are doing for a child's over all care both physical and mental. still glad someone chose this topic to share some thoughts ofcourse ye channel tech related hai to yaha tech wala part discuss kiya gaya hai , so thanks for sharing this one and good luck for fututr ones.

Happy to be part of discussion now. Since I do not have disclosed my personal information so I assume you are making assumptions. Fair enough and yes there is no such rule to put everyone into one basket so I also agree that your experience might differ from mine. Also your assumptions just like mine can be wrong, I have seen some counselling sessions where your assumptions are not true about people saying things they could not have said if they are in xyz situation, because my experience differs, and I have seen people the other way round. Also I happen tyo know a whole joint family (actually you can call their house a vikllage xd 🤣) who do monitor their child and they do not see mobile phone as an answer to partenting breaks(here i am assuming you are talking about parents healing time when they heal themselves and take break form parenting especially infants and kids) . Though I haven't tried but in MIUI there is an option in the settings menu under 'Digital wellbeing & parental controls'. At the bottom of this menu there you can find the parental control settings. I think this is something maybe similar for MIUI. THANKS FOR SHARING.😊

My friend has her cousin sister she is 6 years old and these social media has drastically affected her mental health. She has become aggressive, started acting adult and has since been passing out bad words to anyone around her without knowing what she is saying. She has also been asking parents and her friends to play boyfriend girlfriend. Most recently what she learnt is slapping cheeks causes natural blush so she has been slapping herself almost all the time and she got her face injured. Moreover my friend caught her today tearing currencies, her parents weren't aware and now she tore almost Rs 11000 worth of amount which her father kept it for some household purpose. Please guys take care of the younger ones in your family these things are getting crazy.
