I've had the Moto G73 for about a year, and encountered earpiece issues. When I took it to the service center, they claimed my phone had a hairline scratch, thus voiding the warranty. It's worth noting that many others have faced similar problems when seeking service there.

I've been using my Moto edge 20, for 4 years haven't seen lighter phone. Only issue I am facing is my charging jack now has become loose, and software update are not good here too stay on original. Apart from that np with moto, love special features of moto, most used thing is torch because of its gestures. Camera, performance everything is good. Have dropped it many times, np at all.
