Really enjoyed this team building game and kids did also! After a couple of rounds I added when you go to rescue someone, you have to get in the hoop with them, and then you have to get in the hoop and backpedal (with 3-5).

The hoop-skill part at the end is great for a class circle game and Coit's can be used instead of touching hands for older students. You might want to challenge the students in carrying multiple hoops aswell.

How are the players supposed to pass the hoola hoop if they're holding hands...and also, how are their bodies supposed to go through the hoops if their hands are joined...that part is very unclear to me.

They step through the hoop and shrug it over their bodies, passing it along the line of students
