Workout Routine
- 15 min. stretching
- Banded Clam Shells for glute activation (1x20)
- I usually do 4x20, but that cheap ass band pissed me clean off.
- KAS Glute Bridges (4x12 followed by 5 sec. hold)
- Dumbbell RDL’s (4x8)
- Hamstring Curls (3x10)
- Weighted Glute Extensions (4x12 followed by burnout)
