I have no doubt he worked hard to improve his skills but what he had in his hand is called protein.....and that's what helped his body to buff up and build muscles not hard work.......a skinny person can work in the gym for years and will never come to the same result as him because that's how your body is structured,u can build muscles but don't buff up, like Jackie chan or Bruce Lee.....they were quite thin but muscular.

Protein is a supplement and everyone gets protein just from eating meat and fish etc. Protein is not responsible for building muscle, hard work in the gym is. Your muscles need a reason to grow, and this happens when you damage your muscle fibres through doing difficult workouts in the gym. Protein affects the recovery of the muscle, not the breakdown which is the most important.

@@skdoremi6666 what do you even mean??? the basic process of gaining muscle/bulk is constant exercise and intake of more protein yes. that's how it works? which means that protein shakes etc aren't some miracle worker, they're supplements to the protein you eat in your meals and you have to carefully balance your diet with your workouts, which is ANOTHER element of gaining muscle that requires so much more discipline and hard work. san wants bigger muscles and wants to feel confident so he worked on bulking up. you bring up jackie chan and bruce lee like they COULDNT gain bulk when its just that that's not what they ever aimed for????

That's not what KJK was saying or implying whatsoever. What he was saying is that basically San has very masculine features and larger muscles/bigger frame will just suit his facial features better overall (also one of the reasons why San is even better looking without make-up). Whereas someone with facial features that are much more feminine, like say Yeosang for example, who is often seen as being more "pretty" rather than stereotypically "handsome", smaller muscles and frame tend to be almost expected and "go with" his type of facial features/looks much better. Muscles as large and a frame as wide as San's just wouldn't suit his face/features at all. Just like how some haircuts will look better on some people rather than on others because of their facial features and shape. It has absolutely nothing to do with how attractive their face is or not. That particular cut/style just either does or doesn't suit their face. That's what KJK was talking about. He wasn't dissing San's looks at all.
