@@mols647 I don't mind doing it when 'I' want to study a tumble in more detail. But the editor of a video adding text needs for viewers to read needs to ensure it stays up long enough to have the intended effect without us having to interrupt the flow of watching the video.

The most important rule is you have to jump off ONE FOOT. Otherwise tumblers probably would have invented a new alternative technique lol.

High jump rules say you gotta use only 1 leg to set off. That's why they're not using the trampolines
