U can do any artistic work u want in gypsum board. Also the joints cracks never develop if ceiling is structurally stiff. gypsum ceiling is the best

Hi, i am a ceiling contractor and a civil engineer from rajasthan ....I totally agree with your point that you should prefer POP in residential projects due to designing work, i wanted to correct you on a few things 1st - india gypsum you are talking about is now known as Saint Gobain GYPROC 2nd - LIFE of both the ceilings are equal and in fact gypsum boards are of different types unlike pop , for eg- moisture resistant board, fire resistant board etc. So, thats what i want to say

भाई मैं पीओपी का कांटेक्ट हू भाई काम अगर सही नहीं हो दो क्रैक दोनों में आएंगे गैस बनता है जिप्सम से सौ परसेंट अच्छा पीओपी सीलिंग है डिजाइन इन दोनों में बन सकता है रेट भी जिप्सम से पीओपी का कम है जिप्सम वाटर सीलन से खराब होगा पीओपी हल्का फुल्का सीलन शौक लेता है मजबूत भी है पीओपी है

नमस्कार सर सर मुझे आपसे एक बात पूछनी थी सर हमने अपने घर की छत पर पीओपी फॉल सीलिंग कराई थी 6 महीने पहले हमारे घर की छत लकड़ी की बनी हुई है। अभी हमें खतरा हो रहा है। कहीं छत नीचे ना गिर जाए। कृपया करके हमें बताएं कि लकड़ी को हवा पानी ना लगने की वजह से वह खराब तो नहीं हो जाती। क्योंकि छत को सीलिंग ने बिल्कुल कवर कर रखा है लकड़ी को हवा कहीं से नहीं मिल रहे हमारी छत नीचे तो गिर जाए नहीं गिर जाएगी हवा ना लगने की वजह प्लीज जवाब जरूर दीजिएगा।

In Gypsum false ceiling also any shapes we can make in your video u r telling only in pop we can make any shape but it's not true. Both are good 👍only disadvantage is there should be no water leakage & dampness where it is done..life span of both are equal.

@@Behuman0627 it last more than 10years. Just make sure water leakage is not there that's it & u may enjoy for more than 10years your false ceiling. Brand u may go gyproc boards & other boards are also available in market which are also good u may check Framing u may go with ultra section or xpert section as per price

@@Behuman0627 Shuttering Oil or formwork oil is high-quality mineral oil that is applied to the inner surface of formwork before concreting. Shuttering oil is also known as a form or mould release agent.

@@Behuman0627 Shuttering Oil is used for the following reasons: Application of shuttering oil prevents sticking of formwork to the concrete surface thereby permitting easy stripping of formwork after the concrete has hardened. Shuttering oil protects the formwork and hence the formwork can be reused several times. Shuttering oil helps provide good finishing surface of the concrete with minimum defects. In the case of wooden formwork, shuttering oil prevents water absorption from concrete by the wooden formwork. Shuttering oil reduces leakage of water during the curing process. Shuttering oil prevents steel formwork from corrosion.
