I totally agree with this gentleman. I have gone through all these problems and in fact my cost got increased. It is myth that heat reduction. Ido not see any difference and better have cross ventilation. Also workmanship is big issue in this area. Before deciding to go with gypsum at least go couple of site visit that you applicator has completed and do your analysis

problem is some do improper civil works ... Brick wall without plumb bob, concrete shuttering misplacement .. and later happens to work on it before gypsum work .. in that case it becomes worse

Gypsum plastering is only for internal not for external use....waste of money for external plastering be careful before going through gypsum external plastering,kitchen and bathroom it leave dampness in waterry area....

1. See everything has its pros and cons. 2. You are discouraging the use of Gypsum plastering but whether in your video the Gypsumun plastering used is an Elite or HD MR. 3. The workers may not be at their best, which can also be a cause of uneven walls. 4. Elite or HD MR Gypsum has a two-phase work, whether your video put up was at which phase. 5.
