Gypsy Rose Is Going Back To Pr!s0n After Doing This?
Nicholas Godejon is asking for a retrial and Gypsy Rose should be worried because she might not be free for so long.
This is super messed up, so let’s get right into it.

i like how she thinks that she doesn't identify as a murderer. People who hire hit men are liable because they put the thoughts and intent into others heads, and influenced it where if she didn't he probably wouldnt have killed anyone. She also did do things to help him accomplish the murder, she unlocked the door, she planned and locked herself in the bathroom. She didnt turn around and say no nick stop, she listened to her mothers screams she didnt call an ambulance. Just because she didnt do it, her influence was the cause.

He also wanted to R the mother after he was done killing her. Autism doesn’t make people want to do that. Autism don't make you do/think like that. Gypsy was raise in a crazy house, sure she is going to be weird, but if he was sane he would have help her any other way (going to the police/the medias). You all love story of a poor Guy being manipulateted by evil girl, but remember that as far as he knew he was 26 dating a 19 years old... That Guy was problematic on his own. The fact that everybody turns black on her because they don't like imperfect victim is a thing but don't turn around the while story. yeah, it wasn't the only option, if she was walking around and able to use online chat sites, she could have -- made a video explaining and showing that she can walk and isn't sick and posted it on her facebook and her moms while her mom was sleeping since she had all this free time and access to chat and talk to guys online. OR - she could have left in the night to a friends, since they knew people around the area they lived, and explained everything.

@@megchippendale529because he’s a psychopath who just so happens to have autism. Autism doesn’t make someone psycho or messed up in the head. Years of torment and pain and abuse (physical, mental, and medical) can make someone desperate and mess up their mind. He was the one who wanted to kill her mother and even wanted to violate her body after he was done stabbing her. Gypsy was just a scared desperate child then who wanted to escape her abuser. What she did could count as self defense by law. That guy just wanted to kill someone. I’m not a Gypsy fan either and I don’t like her, but she’s the one I empathize with and I always see survival as something that’s justified. Not just wanting to kill for the sake of killing, like Nick.

I don't think that she's all one or the other. I think that people are just putting her in either a good or bad box when in fact this is a complicated case. You have to remember what her mother did to her. She's essentially a battered person and it is a well-established legal defense to say that you were suffering from inescapable abuse and coercive control. This is a complicated case. This is also an unprecedented case in many ways. It's just Gray. She's not good, she's not bad, she's her. We all have our transgressions and I know we didn't all kill our mom, but at the end of the day if your mom was doing that to you and you didn't even know how old you were, would you be fully culpable under the legal definition of mens Rea murder?

Soooo Gypsy had a phone and a laptop and was surely capable of calling the police herself.. but she said he's not a real man, and he played the bigger part cause he didn't call the police?? Make it make sense. She planned everything and told him what to do... he was foolish enough to do it, or maybe he felt really bad for her. She basically hired a hitman and sold him dreams of them living happily ever after. She's a big manipulateor; she learned from the best.

I think because people realize who gypsy really is they think it reflects on Nicks sentence but it doesn't. They were both victims in their own way BUT they were also both the perpetrators in the murder of her mother. While I feel bad for both, yes gypsy was severely abused and yes nick was manipulated because he has a mental disability, at the end of the day I don't think Nick would be safe for the general public and I don't think anyone around gypsy is safe either. I said long before she got out and everyone thought she shouldn't be in jail that if you know the actual case details and not just the dramatized version where they take advantage of her role as a victim you would understand why she was in there. As bad as I feel for what they went through neither should be out right now.
