Very very nice! Green is my favorite color, also. Virgo's tend to favor green. My daughter, who is a single Mom, bought a house a year ago, as is. She has put almost $30,000., into it so far. A lot of things needed done. One thing not up to code. It has been very draining for her this year. She is about ready to sell, she is so tired, she says. Hopefully, the one you are looking at will be not so draining. Blessings!

I have to agree with you, this is definitely the best soap this month, all of them are amazing, but this is definitely the prettiest. Especially with all the green. Green is my favourite colour too, I have soo much green stuff. I would have loved to buy this soap, unfortunately shipping to UK, is a bit much. Hopefully next time I visit my family in California I'll be able to buy one of your lovely soaps. Old houses are amazing. They have history and character. I hope you end up being able to get it.

I think she lets her soap batter get a bit more stiff before she puts it into a piping bag so she can do the 'icing' on top. I love these kind of soaps, so much personality and so pretty. 💜

Hi Tierra, we had the same issue when we bought our house, it was just not lendable, so we actually reached out and the sellers allowed us to make the improvements prior to the bank sending the inspectors/appraisers. We hired an inspector for a couple hundred bucks and he told us what we needed for it to pass, then got to work. The house passed and now we’ve been here for nine years! Maybe talk to your realtor about something like that. I’ve been in banking for over ten years and I also know that there are some home improvement loans out there where the improvements are financed as part of the sale. Don’t give up without a fight! How much soap frosting do you make that gets you that exact amount of great topping that you do? You REALLY ARE gifted at soaping! You will get your house! If not now, a better one is waiting just for you!

Beautiful! My fav color is mint green which the base color looks really close too. I'd love to see a soap in the summer with that color and be melon scented!

Good afternoon Beautiful! OH I love those cucumber slices! I love old historic houses too. In Vegas those are very hard to come by and forget Victorian here. My house is from the 1940's that is as old as we could find here. Gorgeous!! I bet it smells amazing!

No way! It’s been a consistent 40-50s and sunny around here. Very usual Maryland winter. The green did lighten up. But still compliments the other shades. Thank ya 😚

It really looks beautiful. But I did not understand why you used natural colorant if you do not want to go all the way natural. Dont get me wrong, I use micas. But if I want to use natural then it is natural all the way

I think so too. When we went to view it my aunt and brad couldn’t open The door. When they gave up and walked away to the back. I tried And it opened for me 😝 that’s before I knew about the ghost.

@@LunaFaeCreations omg yes I do believe but I believe it's friendly my mom's friend lived in one and there was a ghost named George didn't believe it till one day I went to open the door it wouldn't I turned to tell my mom and it slowly turned on its own and opened I believed then he was friendly she had the history ran and there was a man who lived there like a hundred years ago and his name was George and they had his wake in the living room

This is honestly so so true and something i try to keep in mind when dealing with depression, anxiety or anger. The language we use can be so powerful and detrimental to our own healing.
