Mustard Seed / Sarso राय - 1 tsp
Cumin Seed/Jeera जीरा - 1/2 tsp
Asafoetida/Hing हींग - 2 pinch
Fenugreek Seed मेथी के दाने - 1/4 tsp
Curry Leaf/Kari Patta - कड़ी पत्ता
Chopped Onion प्याज - 1
Slited Green chilli हरी मिर्च - 4
Chopped Tomato टमाटर - 2
Pumpkin काशी फल - 1/4 cup
Bottle gourd लौकी - 1/4 cup
Carrot गाजर - 1/4 cup
Beans बीन्स - 1/4 cup
Chopped Onion प्याज - 1
Turmeric Powder हल्दी पाउडर - 1/2 tsp
Kashmiri Redchilly powder लाल मिर्च - 1 tsp
Sambar Masala सांबर मसाला - 2 tbsp
Red gram/Toor dal अरहर दाल - 1/4 cup
Tamarind water इमली - 1/4 cup
Sambar Powder Recipe
½ Cup Coriander Seeds / Dhaniya Seeds
2 Tbsp Chana Dal
2 Tbsp Urad Dal
2 Tbsp Toor Dal
1 Tbsp Cumin Seeds / Jeera
¼ Tsp Methi / Fenugreek Seeds
½ Tsp Mustard Seeds / Rai
Some Curry Levees
1 Tsp Black Pepper / Kali Mirch
15 Whole Kashmiri Red Chilli / Lal Mirch
1 Tsp Turmeric Powder/ Haldi
1/2 Tsp Hing / Asafetida
3 Pcs Cinnamon
