• Cauliflower (grated)- 1⁄2 cup
• Carrot - 1/2 cup
• Onion(chopped)-1
• Spring onion- 1/4 cup
• Green chilli - 2
• Ginger(chopped)- 1 inch
• Green bell pepper -1/4 cup
• Red bell pepper - 1/4 cup
• Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
• Corn flour - 1/4 cup
• All purpose flour - 2 tbsp
• Soy sauce- 1 tbsp
• Green chilli sauce - 1 tbsp
• Red chilli sauce - 1 tsp
• Tomato ketchup -1 tbsp
• White vinegar - 1 tsp
• Black pepper - 1 tsp
• Salt to taste
• Cooking oil

जब भी कभी VEGETABLE MANCHURIAN खानी हो तो घर पर बनाये, बाजार से न खाये। आप मिर्च का लेवल और sauces की qty भी अपने हिसाब से रख सकते है। जब घर मे वेगेटेबल मंचूरियन बनाये तो आप ढेर सारी veggies ऐड कर सकते है। बस बॉल सॉफ्ट बननी चाहिए। ग्रेवी भी आप घर मे अच्छी बना सकते है बाजार वाली से😊
