Vajrasattva (sanskrit) or Dorje Sempa (tibetan) is a bodhisattva in the Mahayana, Mantrayana/Vajrayana Buddhist traditions. In Tibetan Buddhism Vajrasattva is associated with the sambogakaya and also with purification practice. In the Japanese Vajrayana school of Buddhism, Shingon, Vajrasattva is the esoteric aspect of the bodhisattva Samantabhadra.

I noticed that at the end of this they mentioned that if one wants to get the empowerment they had to step up and then would get it, and then after that the video shuts off. I'm wondering if that means that this video does not actually have the empowerment then? Or are they just referring to a symbolic final act, which we see in the end, which then serves as the final empowerment?
