4 lights on the side that will indicate if it's charging or not. If you're looking at the power bank with the wireless charging pads facing you the four lights will be on the left side they should be blinking to indicate that Its charging.

It might be the wall adapter that you are using try to find one that's not super fast charging

Yes I'm Still Loving the power bank, I take it with me wherever I go. The OtterBox cases is a Mainstay on my phone, I have no problem with wirelessly charging with that case on. I rarely use the wireless charging for my phone I normally use use it to charge my Bluetooth earbuds that comes with the wireless charging case.

I’ve just pulled mine out of the box . I plugged it in and it won’t charge past the 2 bars. I thought, hmm let me properly look at the reviews and WOW… they are so suspicious. I have NEVER EVER SEEN SUCH LONGGGGGG “Incredible” reviews. Ever. But somehow this one has in detail essays and loads of them. I might believe ONE in detail review, but not hundreds. This is fake and looks like they have been paid for, and I haven’t even got it past the two bars. Then when I tried charging my phone for a connection test, it drained the battery. It took 7 hours to get the two bars. Then it turned off as soon as it hit two bars, so I can’t charge it. I’m going on holiday on a boat tomorrow so I paid for next day delivery on this. It is essential I have got a power bank that will keep me charged for the week as my boat doesn’t have plugs on it! I’m furious. What shall I do!? Amazon should be more advanced than to have fake reviews and products like this.

Is that The note 20 ultra? I tried doing wireless charging and the phone says that is not compatible so it only cable charges not wireless fast charging

Yes I'm using the Note 20 ultra, Make sure you are using a compatible wireless standard. Both the Samsung Galaxy Note 20 and Note 20 Ultra feature 15W Fast Qi Wireless charging standard. So if you're going to get a battery with wireless charging capabilities or a wireless charging pad. Make sure it's the Qi standard. I hope this helps you.

This is from the site, Ultra high capacity power bank can offer 33800mAh power, it can charge phones for 8-10 times. It all depends on your phones battery size. The Note 20 ultra has a 4,500 milliamp hour battery so it might get about 6 full charges from the power bank give or take.

Lamento que haya tardado tanto en volver contigo, también tengo un par de Galaxy Bud profesionales. El banco de energía cargará los Galaxy Buds pros pero no carga mi reloj activo 2 de Samsung Galaxy. Espero que esto ayude, gracias nuevamente por ver el video.

The power bank comes with a cord not the wall adapter, you can use the wall adapter that comes with your cell phone just make sure you read what type of voltage the wall adapter out puts some power Banks do not work well with fast-charging wall adapter, I use a old Samsung wall adapter to charge mine.
