3 Abalone 3粒 鲍鱼
150g Roast Pork 150克 烧肉
4 Shiitake mushroom 4朵 香菇
20g Dried Scallops 20克 干贝
4 Ginger slices 4片 姜
3 Garlic, pieces 2粒 蒜头, 切块
Seasonings 调味料 :
1 tablespoon Hua Diao Wine 1汤匙 花雕酒
1 tablespoon Oyster sauce 1汤匙 蚝油
1 tablespoon Light soy sauce 1汤匙 酱清
½ teaspoon sugar ½ 茶匙 冰糖
