黑椒牛仔骨:
材料:
牛仔骨1磅

調味料:
黑椒
處理:
1. 牛仔骨用清水解凍。
2. 解凍後,清水沖乾淨,擎乾水。
3. 用廚紙索乾。
4. 牛仔骨1開2,切去肥膏。
5. 奇異果1開2。半個奇異果切開4份。
6. 放2粒奇異果落牛仔骨攪勻,醃2小時。
7. 牛仔骨調味:
a. 生粉1茶匙
b. 鮑魚汁1茶匙
c. 糖1茶匙
攪勻,加入黑椒,一塊一塊放上碟,放雪櫃醃1 1/2小時。預備蒸。
烹調:
1. 大火煲滾1鑊水。
2. 大火蒸8分鐘。
3. 完成。

Preparation:
