In an act/response there is a set up and then there's a punch. You could see only the setup used by Piyush and cunningly omitted the punch: which is " don't look for approval on what you write, don't get entangled by what "shabdkosh" is appropriate, because that will induce "conformity" in you, which obviously is not healthy for a creative person. His advice is don't crave for appropriateness of words while writing. Rather write the way you like it, express yourself unhesitatingly with honesty and conviction to your thoughts. This approach will take care of the rest. If you do that, success, glory, recognition will follow. When he mentions " ye Mila, shartein, acceptance of his work etc." he is not boasting. He is using his life and experiences as example/case to prove his point..... Don't judge such a deep persona so superficially. The freshness/relatableness/that raw emotion that we are so fortunate to see in Piyush's work wouldn't be there if he would be worried for "appropriate shabdkosh"... His advice goes beyond Nilotpal's question and not limited to it.... Hope you get it...
