Ullagaddi khara is a traditional north Karnataka Special recipe . This is served with roti, chapati,and rice sambar.
Ingredients used:
1 onion
1/4 cup peanut
1 tsp cumin seeds
Jaggery
Tamarind
Salt
Curry leaves
Coriander leaves
Turmeric powder
Salt
