आज मसाला किचन में हम लाये है दूध की टेस्टी रोल कट मलाई कुल्फी। बस दूध उबाले और अपनी पसंदीदा कट गोला कुल्फी बना डाले | मार्केट जैसी मलाईदार कुल्फी, केसर पिस्ता कुल्फी, बादाम कुल्फी, काजू कुल्फी, चीकू कुल्फी, स्ट्रॉबेरी कुल्फी, मैंगो कुल्फी, आम की कुल्फी, मावा मलाई कुल्फी, मलाईदार कुल्फी, ठेले वाली कुल्फी, मटका कुल्फी, दूध की कुल्फी 1 बार बना ली तो बार-बार बनाएंगे | गर्मियों में घर पर बाजार जैसी कुल्फी का आनंद ले घर बैठे। कुल्फी रेसिपी, आइसक्रीम रेसिपी, मलाई कुल्फी, दूध कुल्फी, ड्राई फ्रूट कुल्फी, इंस्टेंट समर कुल्फी रेसिपी जरूर बनाये | मसाला किचन की कुल्फी रेसीपी एक बार जरूर बनायें और टेस्टी मावा कुल्फी को शेयर करना न भूलें | मसाला किचन | पूनम देवनानी रेसिपी
INGREDIENTS:
* Water(पानी) - 2-3 Spoon
* Full Cream Milk (दूध) - 2 Litre
* Saffron(केसर)
* Mango(आम)
* Chikoo(चीकू)
* Strawberry(स्ट्रॉबेरी)
* Soaked Almonds(बादाम) - 1-2 Spoon
* Soaked Cashew Nuts(काजू) - 1-2 Spoon
* Soaked Pistachio(पिस्ता) - 2 Spoon
* Green Color(हरा रंग) - 2-3 Drops
* Chocolate/Cocoa Powder(चॉकलेट/कोको पाउडर) - As per taste
* Milk Powder(मिल्क पाउडर) - 4 Tbsp
* Corn Flour(अरारोट) - 2 Tbsp
* Sugar(चीनी) - 1 Cup
For Kulfi, Keep a pan on the flame, put some Water & Full Cream Milk in it, and boil it. Take out some boiled milk into two bowls and keep them. In the 1 bowl of milk, add some Milk Powder & mix well. In the second Milk bowl add Corn Flour/Arraowroot & mix well. Then put the Milk Powder Milk in the boiling Milk. Add some Sugar & keep it to a boil on low to medium flame. Then put the Corn Flour Milk into boiling milk. Stir it continuously & cook it on a slow flame & make it thick. Then turn off the flame and keep it to completely cool down. Divide the boiled Milk into 7 portions. Add your Favorite Kulfi Flavour into Milk, Like - Mango, Pista, Kesar, Badam, Kaju, Chikoo, Strawberry, Chocolate & grind it in a mixer jar. Put the thick mixture in a disposable glass, cover it with silver foil & keep it in the freezer overnight. Then cut it into a round shape, serve it & enjoy the Malai Kulfi. In this way, tasty 7 Flavour Roll Cut Mawa Kulfi will get ready so easily at home.
